  I have pet budgies. Well... I did. I became obsessed and paranoid that they were evil. I thought they were evil because they lure my cat in. I think my cat is even more evil. My cat is trying to kill me. That's why I won't go near it and always push it away. I get constant thoughts to kill my cat and my budgies. I have tried to kill both of them in the past. Because they are evil. Can anyone help with this.?

  Just beat up my sister cus she was not going out of the room and privacyabsoloutley lost it. kicking, screaming, punching, thworing thingsi hit my lil 4 year old sister and she started cryingthen when they finally when out (cos they were afraid of me) i started crying, cant breatheanyone help how do i calm down?? am feeling a bit better now but still freaked outi dont want to be angry!!

  hello,I am 17 years old. new to this site. Obviously I am NOT married/divorce/going through a breakup... but my mum is (bad marriage problems). I can't say a lot, but my dad has done some REAALLY bad stuff regarding marriage. My mum is really hurt over this and has contemplated suicide etc. can anyone help me talk to her?Thanks :)
