  i have been trying to lose weight for the longest time and im not over weight what so ever. i just hate my body i think im fat and gross but im not. i exercise every day and eat as helthy as i can but im on break for school now and my eating has gone down the drain. I dont eat, well i barely do and i dont get sleep i dont know im just doing in a huge downward spiral.

  hey im 15 5'2 and super athletic im in track right now and i just feel kinds self consious while running cause i dont feel super confident i weight about 125 which is average and im not fat but then again i dont have abs and i really want them so if anyone wants to modivate/ support me on this i will be happy to do the same for you :))

  i have been suffering from depression for 8 years now which is a long time considering I am 15 it has been on and off but it affects how i live on a day to day basis. sometimes it feels as if i am on top of the world and then the next miniute i am holding it up. i cannot focus and i have a hard time going out because i cant bear to see people happy. I mean i am happy for them but i envy them so much because of this joy they have and because i dont have that i get emotional and cry. i feel sad...
