  I can't deal with this stupid phobia anymore I cant leave the house do anything like shower, eat, go to the bathroom without the fear of vomiting I constantly have a voice inside my head saying if you do that youll vomit if you move youll vomit and if i feel sick or nausious it lasts for weeks constantly from when I wake up to when i sleep. I've ended up in hospital sick as a dog over worrying with this and physically made myself puke. I can't cope with it anymore I cant leave my house or do...

  I'm 21 years old and I have let the fear of vomiting and that I have a stomach bug constantly overrun my life. I cant leave my house and when I do I feel like I'm going to vomit and almost nearly make myself I have before mae myself physically sick from worrying about it. I have had multiple check ups and they all come back clear. I can't even shower, leave my house, eat proper or anything as I ALWAYS feel like I'm going to throw up I'm constantly worrying.
