  My name is Jess. I’m 26 and I am struggling so bad. I have been so suicidal. I’m hanging on but it’s been so hard lately. I’m still dealing with the effects of a break up and also going through physical health issues so I’m on leave of absence from work. Which is not good for my mind. But I physically can’t go back for a few months. I try to keep busy with art, reading, guitar and all of my appts but I can’t help but want to die all the time. I am on medication for depression but...

  its been a while since I have felt so Num. Death has been on my mind. Life is so crazy, a few years ago I was on here because I was scared that I wasn't doing enough in life and that depressed me and now I feel so overwhelmed with everything that I have going on I'm starting to feel depressed again. I feel like I'm losing it. I have so much chest pain everyday and the doctors say it just anxiety and give me medics that does not help. I guess I am just going to take it day by day.
