Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Hey, I've been struggling with my anxiety so badly. Although a lot has been going on with me. So I am a 25 year old ABA therapist. I live with my partner and recently we moved my mom in with us. Which was different but fine. But then my sister and her boyfriend split up so her and her 2 kiddos moved in too. Our house is big enough for everyone but obviously it took a toll on my partner from going to just us to us and my family. We rent our house and the landlord told us that he is not ok with my sister and the kids living here so he gave them 2 weeks to move. They ended up going back home which is a bad place for them and I constantly feel guilt and anxious thinking about it. We are moving to a new place because I don't like being controlled by landlords especially for something as small as having kids in my house because they are a liability. On top of that my partner decided to leave her steady well paid job because she was too stressed out and get a job that pays less and only 20 hours a week. Which means I have to do a butt load of over time. I'm currently doing 70 hour weeks. It's insane and I just feel so overwhelmed and I'm always so tired. I constantly have pain in my chest which I'm assuming is the anxiety. I'm sure things will be better once we move and stuff. But I just felt like I needed to vent. Thank you for listening.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
First, your partner decided to lower their hours at work, leaving you holding the whole "bring home the money" factor?
Second, your partner did this after you had your family move in?
Third, the landlord can have an issue with going from 2 to 3 then 6, which works out to 4 adults and 2 children. Whether it is legal or not, I do not know, depends on the state and rules of renting.
Fourth, you are experiencing anxiety on a number of levels. When we are experiencing anxiety with zero relief, it becomes important for us to make time to breathe, stop, pause, rewind, and relax in the moment. You can do this in the bathroom for privacy.
Fifth, everything changes, so best wishes, and know you are not alone.
Every man woman and child that does not carry themself is carried by someone else. Look about you for who you are carrying, and why. And how. And be very careful you don't topple from a heart attack. 70 hrs a week is not okay.
Did you already find a new place to move to? I think that you could take that as a positive, try to find a place that feels right for you.
With regards to your chest pain, try to find the time to go grab a coffee with a good friend. A Good friendship can bring you a lot of relieve!
Hugs! ✌️
