  Well, fuck that.An afternoon gone. No other way to describe it. I didn't just *sit down* and get on with it. Not sure why not. Yet here I am now. I will ready myself for bed. Tomorrow is another day.I wonder if there's anything I could do in just 10 mins that could help me... I expect I could. I could study chinese at the very least. A small growth.   Ok so here I am again.Same deal. Trying to calm and centre myself.I did something yay!Now I must avoid getting overwhelmed by the multitude of other things. Pick one. I'm looking for another community as well. it seems a bit quiet here. not sure exactly what i'm looking for. I just want to write some stuff down each day to centre myself, to focus myself. To vent when I feel like absolute shit. And to support, when I feel good. Here I am for now. Essentially this is just a morning pages flow...

  And i am just sitting here masturbating.but i don't think that's a problem. at least, it's not if it doesn't impact my work and relationships and well being, right? It's fun :-)But, i need to get on with some work.I am mildly optimistic because it's only 1pm so i have some time left.hopefully i can do something today, even if not everything.i am scared to email my boss. that fear is real, i am pleased to acknowledge it.  but i will write a draft email to my boss. i will not let the fear...
