I enjoy supporting others the reason I opened once again another on line mental health and wellness community is because I get great satisfaction helping others all charts, mood, anxiety and etc are my own, and as well as many of the writings I send out weekly. I have learned that often when I reach out to those whom do not have a voice yet I get much gratification and it lifts me emotionally and takes the focus off of myself. We have an open chat lounge with a box window that lets you know you are not alone before entering we also have a scheduled time for meeting there so you know chances are you will meet someone we often feel isolated and alone the thing about a personal group is you get to know each other and form relationships you might not of by belonging to a large group I have known people for like 8 years since my old Bipolar group which they have moved with me.
