Sooo...Today marks month 3 of being pull free!!! Yaaaaay me!!!I have come this far before and screwed it up, but I hope this time my determination to stop will be the key to be completely pull free for the rest of my life. I'm just going to take it day by day with truch and not let it worry me too much, because overthinking will trigger me to pull again.I am on new meds now, after a stunt in a mental facility... No other way to describe how I am feeling now... Stress, anxiety, trich and addiction... All rolled into one little thingy called..."me"...Sooo, I love me some over the counter meds... According to more than one individual, I am addicted... Maybe... Doctor was nice enough to give me some sleeping tablets... So I love night time... Just sucks when you have to wake up and face a new day...Anyway... Really wish this was still the old site... The new one SUCKS!!!

Soooo... The 3 months + not pulling was going GREAT... Then we moved to a new house and some stress was added and my so called best friend (not so much anymore) did the unspeakable to me ... And wham!! I went and fell of the Trich Wagon...I also landed in ICU, due to a slight slip of the hand with some tablets, which I am grateful I survived, and now i am trying really hard to be more positive and appreciate all the good things in my life...That said... I tried to stop again...Failed......

Feeling a little down, but not a huuuge train smash... It is a Monday morning, suppose I can put the blame on that... When I read other people's Journals I realise I don't have it that bad... I used to think, oooooh what a sucky life I have... Atleast I'm over that now...
