  hi everyone, I apologise now if this comes across rude in anyway as I am only trying to vent and I do understand everyone situation can be so very different. Please help.im tired of always having to be the bigger person, the one that stays positive and continuously supports my SO even when he shuts down and can be very hurtful. It seems because HE has depression and is known to shut down, the only advice I get is to make sure u stay kind and show him how much u love him and give him his space...

  has anybody on here tried hypnosis for helping to deal with particularly self esteem and trying to change the way I see and view every other female on this planet as a threat?i am very keen to try something different as counselling doesn’t quite seem to be doing enough.... any other suggestions?please only helpful advise and tips pleasethank you

  Just after some advice from other mid 30 women out there who's had kids and yet feel like we r competing with these young fit, faked up, dolled up, hardly dressed women? Just want my haisbands full attention- not from other men but in this world it's like he sees more at the supermarket sometimes then the strippers! Lol
