Have to go through my pile of mail that I have been putting off for it seems like a year I even went and put a towel over it if there is two things I do not like to do and that is be on the phone and go over mail more junk mail then anything and always bad news when I do either.
Hope everyone has a great day
**dropping face, in shame and rolling over on my back so you will scratch my tummy**
@Zingara
Working with that population is definately NOT something that I would like to do either. I hope you find a position that works for you without killing you. I have really been thinking about your job situation----maybe, this is the time to start your own thing? Just a thought.
@Manny
I hate it when my mind won't shut off! I will lay there, completely exhausted and my brain is going, going, going. You know what I learned, it helped me, I would force myself to make up a story in my head. That usually helped me to retrain my brain on a different pattern and, I usually end up falling asleep when I get stuck on a description or detail.
@Dave
Rocco is such a good baby and you are his good daddy. I wish I got to be cute and play all day. Oh wait! I am cute and I do play all day. I play dead, laydown, roll over and sleep. HEHEHEH
@Mike
Nascaar was an awesome experience and, well worth the agony right? Yes? Good.
@Hippy&SadSad
Sorry honies for your uncomfortableness. I wish that there was some way to make that go away for you both. It just makes your posts that much more special to me to know that you were able to communicate that day. HUGS to you both!
@MK
I will be praying for you and keeping you in my thoughts. Please update if you feel you can.
@Lindy
Good day Oregonian neighbor!
@Irocket
Pink loves you and those little "presents" are just for you ... you are her mommy and she likes you. Don't be mean to her. Love and hugs to you Mrs. Potato Head.
@Foofy
I am sorry that you are so fatigued but, I am really REALLY proud of you for working so hard to stay healthy and in shape. I know it is hard no matter what our bodies are doing but, given your circumstances -- you are doing an excellent job. Remember that balance is impoortant though ok? If your body is really screaming for some rest----give it some. HUGS my friend.
@ any I have not mentioned
I hope you are each doing well and that your pain is low/lesser today---even if only for an hour. Just some relief sometimes can make the world of difference in our spirits.

I'm ok...struggling a little but, such is the nature of the game right? My little duck seems to be on a down now and that is good for her. My son announced yesterday that he wanted to get back into wrestling, I am not sure this is a good thing but, I will be supportive anyway.
I am trying to start my christmas projects, keep up with friends (several of you got phone calls yesterday) and, take care of my own crap. My hips and I have been having a disagreement about appropriate number of sleeping hours. I would like more...they prefer less. I am going to have to reach an agreement with them.
HUGS and SUPPORT to you all my friends.
@ Ducky, my son wrestled in high school. The only prob. I had w/ it was that my son was thin and wiry but the Coach still wanted him to drop more weight so he would be at the top of the lower weight class. I was totally against that!!!
@ Manny, Belated happy birthday, dear. I'm sorry I missed yesterday. Worked all day on my house!!
I'm going to try to make a bit more progress today. Once the rain starts, I may not be able to move!! I'm black and blue. Not sure how I got all the bruises but................... Love to you all.
Still not feeling too great, mainly my legs but my back and butt are aching too. So I'm a pain in the butt too, Manny. Well.....we all knew that anyway.
I really enjoyed talking with you yesterday Brandi, I'm sorry I was cut off by lunchtime and had to go.
Not too much on the to do list today, just going to take another recovery day.
Hope everyone has a low pain Tuesday,
Mike
I'm not talking to about half my family right now. I'm stressing it a little but once i get used to it i'm sure the stress will be less than when i was talking to them. My nefew is my son fav kid to play with but my sis and her hubby are the worst helicopter parents ever! So i don't like bring my kid over there cause every 2 sec me or my kid is "breaking a rule" and they wont come over here cause my "house is too messy" and supposidely gives her my nefew a stuffy nose ect ugg. my house may be cluttered but its not dirty. Stuff just dosn't get put away all the time. I vaccume, dust and sweet and mop weekly. Then my dad was getting on my case for my house, my kids, the way i dress , my manners ect when he reaised me this way! and he never had a problem with it till he married my snobby step mom. I'm sick of snobs!!!!
i have advice for anyone who is dealing with emotionally exspensive people...cut them loose, we have enough stress with our health, we don't need their crap on top of it!
aside from that and fatigue still low pain. i think my methatrexate is finally fully working, i started it back in april and my rhummy said it takes about 6 months to feel the full benifit. Its so nice to wake up in the morning without that awful morning stiffness in my joints! i can just hop outta bed!
i hope everyone is feeling well
hugs
Today my headpain is a better and I plan to work more on my apartment search. All of you have been so supportive. Thank You so much it means so much! We have a great group and I am proud to be a member!
Hugs, Cathy
Rocco actually came close to lifting his leg yesterday. I wish he would..........all the othe dogs think he's a girls, plus he pees all over his paws....Lol
I am doing OK today. Trying to get my job stuff straight. Waiting for my atty. to call me back. Rocco is probably around 7 lbs. now.
i wish you all well.
Big Hugs,
David.
I'm sorry I'm not here often but your all in my prayers.
Love ya'll, Marci
Marci, I know you must enjoy having your Grandaughter around, but remember not to wreck yourself trying to keep up. I'm glad you checked in.
I've been dreading today because I start with perm and that is the most painful service for my neck/shoulder, right now. I've given so many perms that I could probably do it with my eyes closed, but it's turned into a torturous project in the past couple years. I'm very fortunate to have a wonderful new co-worker who is happy to take over for me when my pain is unbearable.
Hugs and wishes for a comfortable day,
Cherry
So far having a decent day. Rocco is off for a day of beauty at the groomer. He's getting bigger by the day.
Thanks for everyone being here each day.
If you're new, just jump right in!!!
Big Hugs,
David.
I have a busy day ahead of me, volunteer work today, a facial, providing transportation for my son, and a support group meeting for weight loss surgery tonight at 6. Hopefully, I can sleep in tomorrow. We have been getting to bed way too late so far:(
Ponder on what you are grateful for today and maybe focus in on one thing.....I am so grateful for my husband, who works so hard for us and is such a good provider and a very nice person to spend my life with. Think that should get him a nice dinner, tonight???? I need to get off my ykw and make him dinner tonight. We are on the right side of broke until Friday or I would insist we go out.
take good care. You all are wonderful!
Melinda
Just sitting here being bad and eating donuts bad becky should be eating a apple.
David are you having problems at work? you said Atty and last I heard everything was going good but I know how easy that can turn around.
Today is our garbage day and since I do not have a headache so far first day in many I think I will clean out the fridge and some other cleanings
Hope everyone has a good one.
@Manny,
They created a job description at work, and I am waiting for the attorney to make sure it's OK.
All is well, and I am jealous of those donuts.
Hugs,
David.
aside from that same crap different toliet lol
i hope everyone is having a good day.
im really looking forword to the day this fatigue lifts. i'm tired!
@Manny
I am not a big donut girl....but, I LOVE beneigts (sp?) Oh Lord....I could eat my weight in those little suckers all covered with powered sugar. MMMMMM. I made an AWESOME couple loaves of pumpkin cranberry spice bread .....one with nuts, the other without. Oh , they are yummy!
@Cherry
I have naturally curly hair----very kinky curls....no perm for me. I am sorry that you have to do that but, it is probably better to do so in the am so you can let your afternoon be more therapeutic. I hope the pain does not get too unimaginable.
@ Ray
If you inject your coffee directly into your arteries....it kicks in much faster ! LOL. Rest your bod my friend and let your self heal a little.
@Tendons
Oh my friend...I am so sorry that you are losing your hamstrings...I cannot even imagine your daily pain. My hugs and prayers to you my friend. I hope that some stem cell therapy is attainable and will be helpful for you soon. Supportive HUGS
@Lindy
I hope you have a great time at your volunteer position today. I just checked into becoming a crisis line volunteer at the CAPE (Cascade AIDS Project) in Portland. They have a one day a week / 3 hour shift available. I think this is a doable thing for me once I get a ramp built. It would be nice to have something to look forward to every week and, I am a strong believer in volunteering.
>>>>ME>>>>
Got my morning chores done, joined a school conference for my little duck by phone and now...nappy time.
I am still fighting with my back/hips these days...but, it is par for the course.
HUGS my friends.
