The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Hi I am Dave and I am a liar. I embellished something this morning so I have to start over. Although I was doing great, I have to stop thinking I need to make myself seem better then the next or better then who I am because I am pretty great without the lies.

My name is Lucy and I am a rcovering liar. I say recovering because I've made some huge steps in the last few days. Opening up and discussing things with my husband that happened years ago has been something that I was too ashamed to do in the past. However in the last few days we have talked about things that we never talked baout before, and he gave me support, encouragement and told me that nothing I did was wrong. I don't feel ashamed of my past anymore and feel as if a weight has been lifted from me.

Hi all,

My name's Dan, and I have been a liar my whole life, I am a very anxious person and I have used lies as a defence mechanism for that no matter who it hurt. I am sick of hurting the people I love so I am going to learn to deal with my anxiety and I am giving up lying.

Today makes two days of honesty and though it promises to be quite a stressful day I will stay strong and tell nothing but the truth today.

Hi all,

Didn't manage to check in yesterday, had a fairly stressful few days, but through it all I managed to uphold the truth, and am now on 4 days without telling a lie.
