Hi everyone I'm Ian and I am a liar...it's been 1 and a half days since I lied.

Start this day with renewed commitment to be myself and no more. Wear who I am and be proud of how it feels. No need to dress me up in a costume that isn't me. I give up self centeredness and need to be liked by all. Just be my authentic self. I have come to understand that my imperfections are really my perfections. All be truthful and be kind to yourselves !

Gratitude for starting this day guided by honesty and humility and spirit.

I start today with a smile. Gratitude for the day ahead. I will work to do something for someone that is helpful.. I will listen to my higher voice. Have the best day you can!

Hi every one checking in it's been 4 days since I lied last. I'm working very hard to be aware of what I am saying and thinking. Thank you for your support..

Yesterday I met a person who lives with constant physical pain. She takes no pain meds for her daily discomfort. She said that she refuses to relinquish her happiness because of the discomfort. Life is too precious to let physical discomfort distract from her gratitude. What an amazing attitude! TGIF! Truth, gratitude, integrity and faith! All have a great day!

Another glorious day to celebrate life. I remain committed to myself and to going through this day with kindness and humility. I give gratitude to my friends.

I am going to walk this morning with a friend who has pancreatic cancer. My troubles are nothing! I leave self centered and self serving behaviors behind! All be kind to yourself but true to yourself!

It's the start of a new week. I remain steadfast in my desire to remain authentic an truthful to myself. All have a great day!

Integrity: doing what is right not what is easy. I will tune in my higher voice today and let it guide me. Stay committed to just being the best person you can be! All have a lie free day.

I give gratitude for this day! My goal is to do 5 things today to help people with no goal of recognition for these acts. All have another good day!!

My fiancée told me of the deep pain my lies have caused her. The metaphor was like a bruise. It still hurts long after the event. I understand that Father Time is my friend. As long as I can live authentically and truthfully the pain will go away. It is quite simple really. One day at a time, but each day I have to conciously deficate myself to this authenticity so it becomes the "muscle memory" of my behavior pattern. I go forth again today with the firm commitment to not let fear run my life!! All be good to yourselves!

Another week has gone by! It's the last day of Sept! Long month! Tonight will be the 2nd new moon of this month. I think it is called a black moon! Time to let go of all that no longer serves us!! TGIF! Truth, gratitude, integrity and faith! All be kind to yourself today!!

It has been an absolutely beautiful day. I have tried to put down and let go of energy that no longer serves me. Fear, doubt, insecurity, abandonment, judgement. Those are lower vibrational energies. I am concentrating on courage, authenticity, openness, honesty and humility. Fear will always be there but I will use courage to keep my fear from directing me. I will believe in my self and share my emotions, I will embrace truth over self centeredness. I will give gratitude daily.

If you put your mind to what you want that is what you will achieve!!
