Hello everyone. My name is Dale and I have been honest for 3 days now. It is a daily struggle as I seem to tell the insignificant lies without even thinking about it. I have been speaking more with one of my daughters and also spoke with my ex last night for a couple hours. I told my ex a couple things that I would have never brought up or admitted to in the past. She was very happy to hear me admit to these things. Having support from my ex and my family (as well as everyone here) is HUGE for me right now.

It is always a day by day commitment to stay on the path of authenticity. So again I start this day acknowledging my short comings, giving gratitude for the abundance in my life, and courage to do what is right. All be kind to yourself today.

Well, hanging in here. No lies for about 3 weeks. My problems have been about money, so we have a number of things that I do every day, one of which is that we look at the bank accounts every day. That helps her know exactly where everything is at, and helps me to stay grounded on reality and tell the truth about the money.
