Mira - Welcome! Maybe you are spotting? Have you taken a test. If not, you will be more prepared for your 2nd IVF. I have my pregnancy test on Sunday and I am nervous I will also be planning my 2nd round of ivf.

I have been so emotional all day. I have a feeling my monthly friend is about to arrive. Ughhhh!!!!

I took a HPT it was a BFN it's been almost a week since the tranfer so I figure that if it was positive it should show something. I'm not really surprice, I keep cramping and my headache is more intense as it usually is right before AF. Still no bleeding so I want to hold on to a little bit of hope but everytime my period is about to come I do the same and I am at a point to where I feel that I need to understand what my body is telling me and I'm not seeing BFP anywhere.
I really wish I could understand what's the problem I mean according to my doctor I'm healthy and I responde to treatment and produce eggs my DH has issues with his semen morphology but that's why we are doing IVF/ICSI and all our efforts are not translating into healthy embryos. I started to prepare for this cycle since Nov with 2 rounds of BCP and Metformin to improve quality and yet another BFN.

I think what's really upsetting to me is that when we started all this my RE said he would be shocked if we have to do a 3er cycle and it seems that here we go and for the first time I starting to wonder if is going to happen to us if we'll ever have a BFP

I'm sorry I don't sound very positive today but I'm really sad today.

Marclea: I completely understand your concerns and sadness. However, when do you go in for your blood test? It is still early to be using the HPT. Try and relax and know you can always try again. It WILL happen for you. You are healthy & produce lots of eggs - your doctor will figure out the perfect recipe to get your prego next time - if there is even a next time. You still may get a positive! I am holding out hope for you. I don't have any signs of pregnancy either but I am terrified to try the HPT. This whole process can be very emotionally draining.

Keep us posted and keep your head high. You WILL get there - I promise!!!!

Kldavis: I am a loss for words....only to say I'm truly sorry for you and your DH. Just know that we are thinking of you both and will be praying for your emotional and physical healing. Sending you both a big virtual hug.

This cycle is also my 2nd IVF cycle. We got our freeze report: none of our remaining embies made it. Sigh.

Angie: Today is the 5th day after my ET, and I've been experiencing a lot of mild stomach twinges too, especially in the middle ab and high along the sides of ribs. Mild headache too. Our preg test is next Thur -- and we have family visiting next Fri...so I'm really nervous...

Marclea: I am fighting the urge to do HPT. Stay positive, I think it may still be too early for you HPT -- so don't fret about bfn from it.

Molly: It's nothing to worry about if you have no symptoms -- I hear a lot of BFP resulted from no symptoms. Consider yourself lucky! : ]

Fingers: How are you doing? Any updates on your FET cycle?

Aus: Im so sorry about the other embies. this was the first cycle of 5day for me. the others were 3 day. I had frozens then but none made it to freeze this time. RE told me it may be an egg or embryo issue for me. He suggested egg donor. DH says no way. He says as long as I have ovaries and I am responding to stims and have eggs for his 'guys'... we are using my eggs. I'm just so happy he's not giving up on me... thats the scary part.
Marcela: Its hard not to POAS.. I know that all too well. It could be too early to get a ++. I really hope this is the case. I will pray for you.

Kldavis: I absolutely agree with your husband about still trying with your own eggs. I would look into finding a new clinic. You will get there. Also, I would seriously consider a regiment with acupuncture and the chinese herbs they will give you. I have heard SO many positive outcomes from alternative therapies. If my test comes back negative I will definitely move full force with both Eastern and Western medicine! Stay positive!

I now have symptoms like I am getting my period. Ugghhhh! I have my preg test tomorrow and I am terrified. I am praying for good news but trying to prepare myself for the worst.

Aus- the day after my beta I am going to have my brother in law over to do some work in my house along with a contractor. I don't mind the stranger so much but having DH's bro here is going to be hard for me because Ill have to actually talk with him and cook for him..sucks.

So I have been poas everyday since Wed. 3dp5dt. It was a bfn and now I have a faint bfp. The first was on an ept but then a few girls told me that the blue dye tests are not reliable so I bought a frer and just did it after only holding it for 2 hours and drinking a ton of water! I hope its real and I hope this one sticks!

Angie: A faint positive is amazing!!! The line will keep getting darker as you get closer to your Beta. That is wonderful news. I am so happy for you. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I go in super early tomorrow for my blood test. I am SO nervous. My husband is ready to take the call and I am going to be a nervous wreck. I am praying for a miracle. We did my progestrone shot tonight and I really hope it is NOT the last one and that I have to do them for many more wks! I will let you know tomorrow.

Molly- get your BFP tomorrow! Are you going to be the 1st to post a BFP? We are already looking into travelling to Shady Grove for the refund IVF cycles. I'm super stoked! DH has been soo very supportive of the BFN, and you're right about the acupuncture, I will definitely be doing that at their clinic as well. I just hope I can raise the $$$ soon. My goal is to start cycle by April/May.

Anyone heard about CGH?? I have heard CCRM in Colorado has some excellent success rates with this.

Marcela- when is your beta?? praying for your miracle!!!

Unfortunately my test came back negative. I am so sad and disappointed. I am scared it is never going to work. I feel sick to my stomach from it. I want to begin trying again right away but I need to find out from my doctor how long they recommend waiting. Do you girls know what doctors usually recommend?

Molly: I'm so sorry, I now that this is very difficult and I but I know that this will happend to you. Keep your chip up and keep fighting for your dream. I'm here for you whenever you need. When I failed my last cycle my RE said that I need to to rest for one month, but everybody is difrent I know a girl that tried right away and got pregnant.

Kladavis: If you have any questions about Shady Grove let me know because that's where we are going and we are also doing their share risk program.

AUS2010: I'm with you I can't wait for my test, but we are getting there

I actually just came form the doctor because been vomiting and feeling a lot of nausea the last couple of days. I don't really know what think anymore. I'm still cramping but no period yet.... my headache is gone which is a good sing I guess. As far as the nausea the doc says that it can be a number of things, it can be a good thing, or it can be a virus or even the hormones that I'm taking so really there is no telling what's going on. I did take HPT last Friday but I agree with you girls that it might it been to early and I won't do it again until Tuesday.
