Granted ~ now you have workmen in and out of the place all day and night tramping mud all over the place, giving Ginger a bad time as she gets in their road and swearing, drinking and in the end they leave and you have no windows, the floor is ripped up, the doors are all hanging off their hinges not to mention the plumbing not being connected any more, and they are suing you for their money.

I wish I could think up something to wish for.

LOL, Granted Hathani!! NOw you are so dissatisfied with your life because you wish for so many things you can't have and want.

I wish I could go on a long vacation

Granted but you have to take all the family, all the animals, all the work and al the problems with you. The hotel is falling down, infested with vermin, the food is putrid and it either extremely hot (over 110') or freezing cold. The pool is slimy the beach is too and the sea is full of jelly fish and sharks.
Need I go on?

I wish I could eat all the good things in life and not put on weight.

Granted and then you will start losing weight and have to go shopping for new clothes and you really enjoy getting all these new clothes that it becomes an addiction to shop. You have 10 items of each... one of every color available and your finances will deplete because you will spend too much money on clothes and end up homeless pushing a shopping cart full of all these clothes with price tags on.

I wish I could tour every state in the US.

Granted. But you get car sick all the way.

I wish I had a cook!

Granted but all she cooks are greasy revolting food, her speciality is offal dishes and lumpy oatmeal. She never washes the dishes or cleans the kitchen. She is a chain smoker and breathes and coughs over the food she is cooking.


I wish that my DH would learn to cook.

Granted, but he likes to cook pork, and snake and allegator and possum! lol enough? lol

I wish my kids would grow up1!!!!grrr

Poof they are now grown up. But now they are hooning around in cars, drinking and on drugs and have a dozen kids between them, although only one is married, but his wife is not mother to his children.


I wish that politicians would really put their country first rather than their own wants and needs.

Let me give it a try.... Granted, and after realizing all the wants and wishes of the people, the taxes will be raised and the people will not have the money they need to pay bills and buy groceries.

I wish 2009 will be a better year for me.

Granted, you will have 10 new grandbabies, all of which you will have to babysit.

I wish I could run away to the Bahamas for a vacation!

Granted but as soon as you start to relax you will have ALL your family including the Dil shifting into the hotel room with you and you will beg to get back home again.

I wish that people would be nicer to one another ALL the time.

Hmmmm this is a hard one as I am very embarrassed that we have become so greedy that we would push someone over and litterally trample them to death!

Granted but you would have to go back in time and veto the government everytime they tried to stick their nose into the family business, so that we could rais our kids to be respectful and with good morals.

I wish I had an embroidery machine

Granted and every time you tried to use it the Dil would come and want it and then the cotton would jam and the oil would leak out al over your material and ruin the whole thing,


I wish we could have enough money to go away for a holiday to the beach.

POOF! The money is granted and it's spilling out of your pockets as you drive away and some blow out the car windows leaving a trail. The police follow the trail and arrest you because the money has been marked as stolen from a bank and you end up in jail.

I wish I could slow down time.

Granted, time is slowed down, now everything you do will take ten times longer and you can't understand any one - not they you - because you are all doing everything in slow motion including talking. Trouble is you age at the normal rate so for every hear of slow time you have aged five years. LOL

I wish there were more hours in the day.
