Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
@Gaye, I knew that you were having some situations and I know that you will also persevere.
You two wonderful ladies are among the great supporters on this site. If I could I'd hug both your necks and thank you from my heart.
@11, Manny, serenityha, Cherry, Hank, Lisa, Cathy, Kate, Angela, Vicky, Denise, Ralop, Sammy, KylieAnn, Bunny, Keeska,.............I could go on but I want you all to know that you mean so much to me and to so many others.
Let's keep this thing going and continue to be supportive of each other, and as usual, PLEASE, those who are on the fence about posting, do it. I will guarantee the grass is greener on this side.
My heart loves you all.
Hugs,
David.
(((((hugs to you all)))))))
To those who are suffering today my thoughts are with you, we've all been there. Hugs and peace to everyone, I'm so glad to be a part of this group.
BTW- Yayyyyy! we passed 1000 posts. Does Hank get a prize for the 1000th post? LOL Keep it coming.
Lisa
Hugs to All,
David.
Please forgive me, I am having a bad day of brain fog, so I read all of your posts, but my brain isn't sorting them out well enough to reply to each of you individually. This has just been one of those days. I woke up with lots of nausea and pain. I had to go get lab work done and almost canceled, but went anyway. They took 12 vials of blood at the lab from me, I felt like I was supplying a vampire or something. : ) LOL.
This afternoon I am still feeling not so great so I gave up and took some medication. I feel kind of sheepish complaining after all the good that happened to me lately. I guess I am frustrated because my brain is so fuzzy. I like to feel like I can participate here. You guys are special to me and I like to focus on you, not on me. So I am frustrated with my brain....I really am.....I hate not being able to remember things....And there is nothing I can do about it. Sorry to ramble on. I'll be ok! I just need a self adjustment and I will be fine. My brain fog will lift, it always does. And I will be able to do better once again!
Hope everyone is as painfree as possible, Hugs,
Cathy
You may have just found a great doc, but it's not like a whole new treatment plan has been started. Whine away...we all do. You have so many medical isues that it amazes me how much you remember and post every day. I imagine that's exhausting so don't stress over it!!!
I'm going to have to change positions very soon...had all I can take for one day.
Hugs to all,
Cherr

It's OK!
I'm doing well today, heading out to a few yard sales soon. We'll see how many I can handle but today is one of the few nice days we've had in a long time so there are tons of sales going on. Plus its our city's festival this weekend so its busy in town.
Wishes for everyone to have a beautiful minimal pain weekend. Hugs and peace to all,
Lisa
you to agree with me, so im going to take my first and only shot. You have kids right ? Well do you remember the day when they were little and they would make you a card or write you a letter? Then came those words, " Mommy, Mommy read it to me!" now remember they can't spell. Are you getting the picture.? We learned to read between the lines with them and we can still do it. Hugs and no more worrying ok ?
Hope everyone is doing well, I have the day to myself well almost still have the dogs and the birds and the chicks to take care of. I so wish they could feed them self's now that would be a trick.
Going to be doing some quilting this morning after I get my daily fix of the computer.
Have a great weekend.
Nice to hear things are decent Lisa.
Cathy, I have to agree with everybody else. No need for I'm sorry here. We all understand. That's why we have this bond. I'm a two finger typer. I see that I want to hit the "d" button, and for some reason I'll hit a different one, looking right at that "d". I question myself about it, but I'm sure it has something to do with my brain. Anyway...........
I woke up at 5:30, not having a very good day, SO FAR, I'm working on starting it over in my head. I'm feeling OK, it's just that things got a little crazy around here this morning.
I am fortunate to have good friends here. I really appreciate you all.
Let's try to keep this going, and maybe we can get some "lookers" to post today????
Big Hugs,
David.
This isn't a case of "Poor Corri", but I TRULY believe it deserves a hug!
