Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Today is much like yesterday. More sore than I was for a while. I'm also having alot of random muscle spasms and cramps - FMS rearing its ugly head. Its been at bay for some time so I shouldn't be surprised but this low gycemic diet is supposed to reduce the triggers (from food at least). I think its the stress of going through that horrible throat infection last week that has brought it out. I'll just glide through it like always and hope it goes away soon. Gotta do more walking now that the rain has passed. Should be nice here for a few days now.
Wishing everyone a low pain day and much joy. Hugs and peace,
Lisa
I woke up feeling fine today. One morning fine, the next hell, the next fine. What the did I do?! But I'll take it and do my best while it's here.
Lots to accomplish today. Hugs to you all.
I spent yesterday working on a craft project and finished up at about 9pm. I work with polymer clay and I made a large beautiful lidded jar. It has a floral motif of blues and greens. The flowers kind of look like morning glorys. I love the finished product so it was a good days work.
Today I am going to arrange to go to the Senior Center on Thursday. I finally joined. They have groups there that do crafts and play games together so it will be a nice social outlet.
Sorry to hear about those of you in pain know that you are in my thoughts. Take good care of yourselves one and all! Hugs, Cathy
I used to sew a lot when my boys were young, I was fairly 'crafty' all around and I miss that. It's all too uncomfortable, now. Any work I do now, has to be in the salon so I can pay the bills.
Ho hum...

I have always wanted to try that. Is it hard to do?
Can I do it in a closed up area?
My son has asthma, we can't open the windows or he gets really sick.
I too would love to see a pict.
What type of camera do you use?
I am thinking of starting a business with my beaded creations. Someone how working with tiny beads (seed beads) is so relaxing. I do my singing exercizes while I work. That forces me to breathe and then I feel lots better.
I'm sending lots of warm hugs to anyone who needs them today. Keep reaching out on this thread for support... and it would be great to see some new people posting as well... xxx
