Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I am doing okay today. My mornings are pretty good now but as the day wears on so do I. By suppertime I'm usually not much good for anything and have to spend the rest of the day doctoring my back. I am off to a baby shower today for my new grandson and it is 2 hrs away. I sure hope I can drive that far and make it back ok. At least it is a beautiful sunny day and I am bringing my daughter and almost 2 yr old grandson with me. Can't wait to see alot of my relatives I only see once a year.
Hope everyone has a nice minimal pain day. Hugs and peace, Lisa
Count the 100 days down here with us.
I was up most of the night and not feeling too great this morning. I'll manage, as usual. At least I don't have to work today!
Hugs and blessings,
Cherry
raining cats and dogs here, wonder where that saying came from.
Going to the trade center today, it is alot of walking but maybe that is good to loosen up my leg and it will make it stronger, glass half full right.
Enigma, having support and distraction can be good, hope to see you around more and can you call and tell them if anyone cancels their appt you will take it so you do not have to wait so long.
Kate, hope you are feeling better today
I am sure I am missing alot of people but my memory is not so good.

Manny, it never occured to me to request to be on the cancel list! Duh! I'll do that.
Thanks ((((((Cherry)))))
Oh, Kate, how scarey. May you day today bring your nerves back to normal
Ah, babies, Lisa. An injection of my grandson leaves me days of feeling good inside. Hope you don't have to share him too much.
Good luck, David. Hope church was uplifting today.
I'm taking my little doggies for a long walk along the beach. Head hurts but I have a big old hat.
Love to you all
Had another seizure, and it set off my head pain and nausea. Keep feeling like I am going to pass out. So I am just taking it easy waiting for my system to reboot. But this one is taking longer than usual which is frustrating my little dog is getting bored. Hope things are better in your world. Hugs, Cathy
For me, well,I am just not feeling myself today. It's not pain it's just a down feeling which I think has a lot to do with hep c n living with people who couldn't careless.
For everyone else out there, my thoughts are with you and wishing you all a better day and much better tomorrow.
God Bless you all my friends, Vicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Kate, I hope you're OK.
We have such a great group of caring people here, I feel so fortunate.
Church was great!! I am the leader(not teacher) of a group that meets, ages 18-30. We had a great class today. The name is Young Adult Bible Fellowship, and surprisingly so, I usually do most of the talking, but I choose to keep it as a discussion type time, hence, leader not teacher. I really enjoy it.
I hope everyone is having a great day and let's keep on, keeping on.
TTYL,
Hugs,
David.
I am so sorry that Peanut went on ahead of you to Heaven. Here is a site with a poem about well loved pets. Hope it helps.

They have other pet grief support resources there also.
I wish I lived near you so I coudl attend your group. I am so depressed right now each day seems worse than the last. It just seems like there is no reason to get up in the mornings.
I don't know how to stop feeling this way and I don't have anyone to talk to about it.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE LINK!!!!!! It made me feel SO much better...it's SO informative. God bless you; despite what's going on in your life, you still helped me out. I hope I will soon be able to return the favor, once I can get back in the groove, and back online.
Hugs and prayers for you,
Corri (and Angel Peanut)
I know how depression can consume you. A reason to get up in the morning? Well, if you didn't get up and read my post...then send me that link...I'd still feel all alone.
If I can be allowed to message you, I'll share w/ you what's going on in my life; just to let you know that even though it sucks, we CAN be strong and keep on going.
Until that's possible, let me just give you a hint...you read posts and you still reach out. Reaching out means you value life and are wanting someone who will listen. That means, despite how you feel, you have the will to live...just haven't come up with a reason. Deep inside, you know you are a valuable person...you just don't "feel" it right now, so you're not aware of it.
Forgive me for babbling; I'm just excited that I know I can relate to you on some level, and that you're not alone. If it's chronic pain....BOY!!!! Been there d one that....BIG time...in FACT, don't have a doctor who will listen to me....
I'm lighting a candle for you, HunnyBunn...as soon as I finish this letter.
Hugs and blessings,
Corri
