Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
She is so cute when she can not get in our one dog she stands at the door and screams come on boy wanta bone and try's to whistle "so cute".
I'm in the same morning heap of waking in pain.
Weird dream every night this past week. Taking care of this pretty baby who is just walking. I have to keep my eye on it so no harm comes to her. Every dream I'm in a different messy house. I wonder what it means.
I wish some more lurking newbies would pop their heads up and say hello... we don't bite here, really we don't... so just say hello and we'll give you a welcome.
Sending gentle hugs and warm smiles for all.
Take care... Gaye... xxx
Manny, Lisa, Cherry, and all the rest........you all help me, whether you know it or not, just by sharing how you feel, or what's going on in ya'lls lives. That's the bond we have. All ya'll should be proud of yourselves to be able to do that. Unfortunately there are some folks who suffer with CP that can't share of themselves. It's just the way they roll. There is nothing wrong with that, and just reading I'm sure helps you, but think of the others you may help if you share a little. Just another invitation. Definitely not required.
I have met so many great friends lately.
Please, if you are compelled to, keep this going. Come out of the lookers closet. Those posting, please continue to do so. I love you all as my extended family and we want you that are looking to become part of us.
Let's do this thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
David.
Well...and I worked a little while today. (don't tell my doc)
Very soft hugs because I'm in wicked pain,
Cherry
I'm not impressed with my pain level, but enjoyed coffee in my porch and easing into the day at my speed. I'm going to try to NOT overdo today.
I hope everyone has an enjoyable moment in their day.
Many hugs and much gratitude,
Cherry
Cherry, I bet it's beautiful up where you live. I'm glad you slept good. I woke up early and just laid there for a while until I had to get up. My wife is taking good care of me and she gets upset when I try to do things by myself, so I woke her up and she helped me out of the bed. I am fortunate to have her here to help.
I am also fortunate to have this group. You all mean so much to me. I got out yesterday for the first time since surgery, for more than a minute. I had a doctors appointment and we had other errands to run, but my body was screaming, take me home.
How do you feel???????????
I feel very grateful for people in my life who will help me and just listen.
Let's hear how YOU are feeling today, and if you need a hug there are plenty of them here.
Hugs,
David.
It is hot and muggy here and we need rain.
I used to be tough and could handle it.
But I am so blessed.
Our house is almost ready and we will get to move. I will miss this house though, because we have lived here 25 years. And we know all the birds and squirrels by names.
I need help picking out a good color for the house. If anyone here has any knowledge please send me a hug or pm me.
Hank
Morning everyone. I'm feeling tired as I spent all night mulling over my future. Finally decided to move onto a new job and start applying. Many emotions tied into the current job but something has to break. Feels good to get to that decision. Now I leave it in Gods hands to direct me in the best place.
Today actually feels like a new day and my head is actaully okay.
Deep hugs to you all.
