Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
The world is still here. It is 11am Sunday 22nd and everything is normal!
I have a reaction to my Tramadol - vertigo - but hoping it will pass as it sure works on the pain. Seems a little better this morning.
After a few weeks without rain it is raining today - that is great - we need it. It is autumn here and should be cool and raining not dry and warm like it has been.
And I am mad at my DH for what he has written to a friend of his about me and that friend's wife. But as she copied his letter to me I am not sure how I will handle that one. Don't want to get her into trouble as her husband is abusive.
Hugs to everyone and great thread David - nearly 1/3rd of the way there.
Sending gentle hugs and warm smiles to any who are in need.
Take care... xxx
Hugs to all those who need it today.
Deb
it gave me a chuckle
i'm glad the world is still here hathani!!!!!
today i just need some rest, but that's not going to happen till tomorrow, when kids at school.
also hugs, which are great and make you feel better.
sunny here, but cold, when warm enough will head to the park, wear the little tykes out and then rest.
Came in and I could hardly walk, and my back is killing me. I just got up off the heating pad. Stupid thing is, I am planning on doing more of the same tomorrow.
Hubby is out of town, and I tend to push myself too much when he is not around. I think I need to push my doc to give me a script for Tramadol, the only pain killer I can take.
I appreciate the post. I needed to do an update, if only for myself. Still, I am not depressed, so that is a good thing!
Just waiting for 9pm PDT to end without the world ending, so I can go to sleep. LOL.
Hugs to all!!
I need a groundskeeper, I wish I was a millionaire.
Now it's been a rough day for me(Sat.). From the time I got up it's been hard to move and I've hurt bad and where is any energy at all?
It's hard to believe, but I moved a month ago and it still isn't near to being done. Of course I move at a snails pace so this doesn't help anything. I think the house is alive too and it's job is to devour me! LOL!
Everything happened so fast to me that it is just starting to hit me that I'm in a totally different place. I went from living in the country for 20 yrs to now living in town with lots of noises and neighbors. It's suddenly alot to take in. I like the neighbors that I have met, but I'm not use to neighbors.
Have a great day and great post David.
I'll go home at about 5:30, and then up for Worship at around 7:00. I love Sunday.
I'll check in tonight. Thanks to all for keeping this going.
Those just looking, check in. The life you enhance may be your own. We would love to hear from each and every one.
David.

Everyone have a great day!
I can understand how people can get hooked on that feeling and as it does diminish that they need to get more and more of the drug - higher doses or stronger drugs.
BTW I do not like the feeling one bit - it is really a pain in the butt so I can't wait for it to pass.
Hugs to you all.
