My Answer David,
I love to do hobbies I am such a hobby person I embroider, I quilt, sew, scrapebook anything crafty. Now this is of course besides my family this is just me my personal things.
I have pets which keep my sane, I watch my 4 year old niece she lives with us her and her mom which keeps me young and one my toes. Nothing can make you truly laugh like a 4 year old innocence, and antics.
I used to be a Restaurant general manager and did alot of work in the kitchen for 20 years so when I went on disability I really wanted nothing to do with cooking because it did bring up some sadness and only did it because I had to but lately I have been in the kitchen baking and cooking with a new enthusiasm.
I have today off from work so I'll be out running errands with my wife. Going out for lunch, Walmart, & Best Buy. We're thinking of getting one of those wii game systems. I know we're a bit behind the times, but I think it will be fun.
I can't wait to see the surgeon on Thursday regarding the SCS implant, pain levels have been high. This is w/c related, so stress may be a contributing factor.
I want to thank everyone for their support, and who would have known, over 200. I love you guys and please keep coming back.
It's time to see some more lookers come out and say hey.
David.
Sigh
hugs to everybody, we are in this together
This sounds horrible to write but I want to proceed with the chronic shoulder fix and put the hysterectomy on hold. Is it awful to delay something that might be life threatening until I know that I'm going to be able to get the pain gone that has been killing my life. These thoughts are a little scary and probably the reason for my increased anxiety. I'm going to find a new psych counselor ASAP.
I honestly just answered this as I was typing. Thank you DS/CP!
Deputy, thanks for coming by. Make a habit of it. You're a hoot.
Hank, you are part of our family and always have been. Now if you don't come back, I'll have to come looking for you.
Terry, Hang in there. We're here for you.
Gaye, Marg, and Manny.........the glue.
Please come back at time, all of you. If I've left anyone out, still let it be known that this group is a lifesaver.
Thanks,
David.
