Morning all,

Looks like we diffidently hit the 100 mark and with a wide range of people that is so nice to see. We got rain, rain here in MI and have alot of flooding not the extreme as some states but for us we do.

Hope everyone is doing great

I feel tired and fed up. I have the flu. I am angry at those who try to compare this feeling to my chronic pain. Yeah... KNOWING that it is going to end makes all the difference.

Still sick. Came back to work too soon. Oh well, that's how it is in the funeral biss.

I work at the church end of the funeral biss. I support the parish with all the prep and during the service. Kind of a jane of all trades.

I tell the most awful jokes. When you are in this bis, you start to look at life differently. I mean EVERYONE dies! It is a given.

We're not getting storms tonight, but we have had some bad ones here in NC.

I feel good today. I'm optimistic and feel good about my new doctor and treatment. My insomnia is making me a little crazy but this weather is to blame. Pain always gets worse when the weather changes or when it's too humid. Don 't know why. Glad to have this group.

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well Sunny... hope you are better soon. I imagine a little bit of black humour might help you get through your working day... and yes we all have to kick the bucket sometime... there's been no avoiding it for anyone, so far. Sending hugs and smiles for your day.

I've had some "family issues" over the last 48 hours that have needed some attention and focus from me (nothing serious but important)... so I haven't spent as much time here as usual. I didn't mean to neglect anyone... but there are only so many hours in the day and one can only squeeze so much into them.

Wishing all of the cpers a good day, with minimal pain...

Today has been great. My wife and I went to the movies to see the Pirates of the Caribbean in 3D. I thought it was good.

My pain levels have been about the same, but I have been getting glimmers of hope regarding my SCS implant. When I learn more about it, I'll let ya'll know.

I woke up this morning, out of a dream as usual, and I am stiff as a board. I got to sleep in a little bit this morning because I don't have to work tonight.

I am so grateful to have this support group to share with. You all here make a difference on my outlook.

Well it is 11:30 pm Saturday here and it is cold and the frogs are still chorusing their song to me again as they have for that past week or two. We have had a relaxing day off sitting by the fire reading and talking - and eating of course......LOL

Tomorrow it is back to working and I want to try and get DH's computer sorted out. I left him some instructions and hopefully it will be ready to go when I am up in the morning.

If it is dry and sunny I want to put some top soil on some of the garden tubs and start planting the winter seeds.

David, come to my house . I went to the store yesterday and bought four eighteen pjs of eggs because the kids are all home. I will share with you since you do so much for everyone here.......I'm sorry to all those that didn't sleep well last night and was up in horrible pain.....I was up until three with my son in horrible pain with his foot. Not sure what's going on with that one I'm affraid it's a blood clot and he's just like his father he will die before going to a dr or that any med evn Ibpro. He fell twice try to bare weight on it get up to go to the bathroom the sweat poring down his face. Was sure he was going to faint from the pain. What a mom to do when he says mom I'm fine and tears rolling down his face that he thinks I don't see.
