I think everyone understand and your not being whining. It sucks to have to be restricted when people around you can walk fine and doing things that you could so recently do and now can't. It is really hard. I have fibro somedays I have ok day and I have done more than I should and made me hurt really bad because of it. i got really sad today when i was going home in my medicab seeing all the places I used to walk to eat and all the shops and young college kids. i remembered being them. Being able to go for walks and get togethers and I felt so bad eventhough I have had fibro for ten years or so. Please don't be so hard on yourself. I have to make sure when I exerxise that I don't do too much. I have to build up to a not even normal amount that other people don't even see as exercise and I can barely do. Please feel free to vent. We all do it. It a save place to do it cause we have all felt the same way. I am so sorry you have just begun chronic pain. I hope that it is something that can be resolved through meds or a surgery. if not well this is a chronic pain sight so I welcome you . This is a very positive site here. I chose it over my fibro site. I just like the people more. hi guys. lol I have seen you before. If you are new just write a topic. I am new say what you want and that will make us aware we have someone new. We love to say Welcome to all of out new members. I hope you are feel alright if not give a shout our. This hi I need a hug thing I don't believe is ever going to stop. We all check in on people in morning or when you can to find out how others are doing and to ask for a hug if we need one too. Hope to see you soon.
If you start your own thread and tell us all about yourself, you will be flooded with welcomes! Everyone here knows pain and depression so you have found the perfect place to settle in.
It was in the 20s yesterday morning and is supposed to climb into the 70s for the next couple days...no wonder my body is screaming!
Wishing you all a comfortable weeked with joy and blessings.
I know you will find caring people on this board. I do hope you have a good doctor, and that you find relief soon. You may be in a flare.
Good Morning All !!
I had my left side RFA, so far not having a reaction like the first half, still uncomfortable, Pdoc did put steriods in this time, I think that has made a big difference. I do have great pain relief, except from the procedure. So maybe by a week or so. I will be in a good place.
I want to thank all of you for your support!! you guys rock :)
I just love hearing some of the good news! I hope maybe someday soon we can All have good news.
Blessings to All Rhonda

I was so looking forward to going golfing alone with my 15 year old son but I have an 8 and drugs are not working. I'm sitting here wondering if I should wake him and fake it and go. I have Thanksgiving dinner at my sisters tonight and I could fade away and suffer there. She'll think me rude for not helping more.
Precious moments with my son = greater pain later.
I think 'll load up on the drugs and wake him.
Have fun golfing.
I should be in bed. Love to you all.
I have a Sister who would stand on her head in the middle of Main St. if she thought it would relieve my pain. I am so blessed to have her.
I'm having a particulary difficult time this morning. My legs aren't wanting to work. I'm not asking that much of them, either!
Wishing all of you a day with little pain and huge blessings,
Cherry
Gentle hugs and peace,
