Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
If you're scared, perhaps you need to see someone about the pain... a doctor, or some other health practitioner?
If you feel panicky then an immediate solution is deep slow belly breathing. Do it lying down with your legs bent and your head supported by a pillow. Sometimes pain intensifies for no apparent reason other than stress.... or the weather... or...who knows? The body is very mysterious. I hope you feel relief soon.

wishing everyone well
It feels like I was beaten during the short time I actually slept. I guess I'm just terribly discouraged, this morning.
I wish all of you a comfortable weekend. Mine will include a nap...
Hugs,
Cherry
It's cold and rainy but I'm managing to keep my spirits up. I have a lunch planned with a friend today. Seeing good friends always cheers me up.
I wish you all a good weekend and I'm sending hugs out to anyone who needs one!

@Stranded, My thoughts and prayers are with you as you finalize your search for a home. I know your journey has not been easy and in this economy I am afraid it is a reality. I understand since I am going through the same process myself right now. It is stressful and frustrating, but we can not loose hope. Our home is out there we just have to be be determined and find it. Hang in there my friend!
As for me.....My vision continues to double on me. Last night I went to a friends house to watch a movie. I watched the entire film iDouble which was disconcerting. Watching two complete images actually isn't as fun as it sounds. It causes me to have headpain and nausea. I have doctor appointments next week so I can share this with my neurologist. This is a MS symptom and something I have experienced before so I am not to worried. It is just frustrating.
I had a new snack at my friends house last night that was sooo good it. It was two of my favorite things I don't often have combined together. The combo was to die for......it was chocolate covered potato chips (the thick one's). I'm telling you the were really good. They bought them from Trader Joe's I know they are not good for us but wow were they yummy! I rarely have this kind of thing so it was a real treat.
I hope this finds you all enjoying your weekend! Sending you all Hugs, Cathy
At least it is for me. I'm still in my PJ's.
Lisa, I'm sorry you're struggling.
It's so nice to see you all here. Erinn, I hope you get the apt. thing straight. Hathani, Great to see you back.
I will not go through the whole list of you all, because you are all equally important to me.
Thanks for being here.
I am excited about going back to work on Monday. I hope things turn out OK.
Ya'll have a great weekend. Tomorrow is Sunday and I'm usually MIA from the board, but I do have certain topics come to my phone.
Hugs to all, and let's keep it going.
David.
Some days, I can't finish and either my co-worker takes some of my clients or I have to reschedule them. No knowing how bad it's going to be when I start my day, is causing so much anxiety.
I have nothing left to give...if I make it through the day. My life is wearing me out.
