Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Hugs and hope you feel better soon!
Dreading the weekend since I'll be out of meds on Saturday because my pain doc didn't fax my refills in to the pharmacy. I called in a week early like they asked, now they are closed till Monday so I'll be without all day sunday and until they fax it through, hopefully Monday morning.
Hope everyone is doing ok. It is really cold here so not so great for me. Hugs everyone,
Lisa
I'm here and I am tired. I started back full time at work and it's really draining me, to the point where all I want to do after work is nothing.
I still check the posts, but haven't had a lot of spare time. I hope all is as well as could be for all of you and I'm sure I'll feel better once I adjust.
Right now, just kinda blah.............
Big Hugs,
David.
I am feeling alone. All alone. Like, there is no one who listens to what I have to say, or no one who cares about WHAT I say. I am alone.
My stupid dog got into the Halloween candy and ate a whole bag of Whoopers, wrappers and all. I am freaking out and thinking he is going to go into some kind of shock but he seems no worse for wear. I told my hubby to go look in his poop and see if he is passing the wrappers and he said how will he know who's poop is who's I have two dogs and I said Duh the one with the whopper wrappers in it.
He got into the stuff before and he was ok so I am praying that nothing is wrong I am worried about him passing all that paper and of course the chocolate he ate.
I have a doctor's appt today just for refills so hope I am in and out I am going to ask her about this dang foot itching and why my feet hurt so much in the morning when I first walk I think it may be plantar Fasiitis as I googled it and that is what I got so I will have to ask her.
In a way I hope it is not because the only treatment is staying off feet which I do and to ice them. So there is no quick fix which I like when things are.
Hope everyone has a great day
Sorry about your foot. Doesn't it seem like if it's not one thing....
I'm in rough shape this morning. Too much driving and walking yesterday, I suppose, but it was only because I HAD to. Another finger has joined the Arthritis battle with a vengeance, this morning. I really don't need this with clients expecting my hands to work.
I wish I could just crawl back into bed and hide....
I went to my Pdoc today, he thinks either is missed a nerve on left side or something else is going on. I am going in for another RFA on the 9th and he said if it doesn't help, then time for another MRI...,. One thing that stuck me odd at what he said was, he "rarely misses twice" I don't know what to think about that. :0
I did get some meds from him so at least I am a bit more comfortable.
I know how we thing we are alone, but I know we are not. I know for a fact people pray and think about all of us daily. We all have value! and are loved.
Blessings to All Rhonda
I hope you all are as well as possible. I just cooked chicken cutlets, and my wife sauteed some corn. I had some leftover mashed sweet potatoes with it.........yum!!
I'm still recovering from the work week, and I have to work tonight, but for the most part, I feel good.
For some reason I'm not getting e-mails from DS for the last few days. I will check that out.
Have a great day.
Big hugs,
David.
Having a bad couple of days have had a Migraine from hell and it is causing me to grind my teeth and my jaw feels like someone socked me a good one.
So I woke up early and I am sure I will go back to bed soon and hopefully when I wake up again I will be somewhat ok. I guess I can cross my fingers and see what happens.
I am taking advantage of clear vision and posting. It is still the same with me, double vision, headpain, and the rest. It is irritating as it makes getting anything done extremely difficult. But I am hanging in there.
The reality is that my apartment search is going to take a very long time. In this economy there is just very little available for low-income people. And I am not willing to live just anywhere. So I am willing to take my time until the right situation presents itself. Luckily, I have that luxury. I live on the property of friends right now and they are willing to wait with me.
Hope that this find you all doing something you enjoy. Hugs, Cathy
