With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.
Hi, My name is Sam and I'm new to this group. I am 23 and have had trich since I was 12. Over the years I have tried many times to stop, however it's only this past year that I have started to research ways of stopping, and have been really determined to do it. I plan on doing so with a combination of understanding, will-power, exercise, trying the John Kender diet, and seeing a therapist. I love designing, illustrating, cooking, extreme sports, exercising, seeing live music and reading. I would love to provide others with encouragement, and maybe get some support when I fall.

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart. Btw, I did look at the photos you uploaded last week and I don't remember which number it was but I liked both the shoulder length ones. You could pull off the pixie but looked killer with the slightly longer ones.

We've cooled to 82F, with less humidity. I might be able to get through the day without drenching any t-shirts.
