Beating Trich Community Group
You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Hi, My name is Sam and I'm new to this group. I am 23 and have had trich since I was 12. Over the years I have tried many times to stop, however it's only this past year that I have started to research ways of stopping, and have been really determined to do it. I plan on doing so with a combination of understanding, will-power, exercise, trying the John Kender diet, and seeing a therapist. I love designing, illustrating, cooking, extreme sports, exercising, seeing live music and reading. I would love to provide others with encouragement, and maybe get some support when I fall.

Btw, I did look at the photos you uploaded last week and I don't remember which number it was but I liked both the shoulder length ones. You could pull off the pixie but looked killer with the slightly longer ones.

The weather here is the same as with mrs Kolo, a poor 20 degrees Celcius. And it’s even raining at the moment…
We've cooled to 82F, with less humidity. I might be able to get through the day without drenching any t-shirts.

Yes, it's the vegan restaurants and the music scene and art scene that I think I'll love in Austin. Mmm vegan food. It smacks of effort and deliciousness. (I'm vego).
