Beating Trich Community Group
You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.
My stylist specializes in working with clients who have trich so she's familiar with it and non judgemental. She doesn't do any therapy, aside from hair therapy of course! lol :)
You are strong ! Keep on fighting.
Yes, I will send you sunshine when your days get darker! A illustrated trich chick would be nice, let her be proud and happy, a STAR!

Just bought two books online; Pearls: Meditations on Recovery from Hair Pulling & Skin Picking. A Book by Christina Pearson, and The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh.
But gotta wait about a month to get them... Stupid Australia!! Hehe. So far away from stuff.
Life is not easy for us trichsters, but it will get better if we keep practicing.
Diets are hard! I eat a Semla today, Semla is a Swedish fancy cake.
The semla was originally eaten only on Shrove Tuesday, as the last festive food before Lent. However, with the arrival of the Protestant Reformation, the Swedes stopped observing a strict fasting for Lent.
Mmmm!!
