You mean that there is a name for IT? Im not weird? Trichotillomania, that big, long word that is the bane of our world. With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

I love that attitude Kauxfire to work - sadly though I am a teacher and some stuff just *has* to be done - whihc is why today (a public holiday for the royal wedding) am sitting here writing reports Its so stressfull!
Oh well, 11 weeks left :D
Doing your best will make it easier when you do leave work at the end. You know you have done your best each and every day!
Stay strong!
Still going strong, I think the itching is less as well.

Stay strong, and when you are ready to look at the growth, let us know!
You can do this!
I noticed my regrowth starting immediately, except for in two spots, which took a few months to start growing back, and those spots are about 95% filled in now. But being 24, my hair is going to grow back a bit faster than someone who has been pulling for longer.
Cardiff sounds amazing...
well I have news - I left my job today - i took a deal to get out early.
I am trying not to obsess about regrowth but think I am noticing some - particularly on the sides where my hair feels tufty for the first time in a long time - I also think I look less bald. I am 26 and been pulling about 15 years so its gonna take time - but I've lived with it 15 years - it won't take as long as that to grow back in!!
