With knowledge and support of others we CAN break free and live without this disorder interfering with our lives. Lets keep this uplifting and supportive and give each other the encouragement the other needs to make it to that next day.

Hi, I'm Mrs Kolo I am new here and just trying to figure it all out....

I really want to be pull-free the sooner the better its dominated my life for too many years. I want to be free I want to be able to show myself to my husband without feeling ashamed.

Any tips/help greatly appreciated xxxxxxx

Yes feeling bit better today. I had a bit of a meltdown - got really upset. I think work and money worries are really taking its toll. I haven't been offered work for ages. Hmm.

my lovely husband has been really supportive. he knows I really want to do more study so he is helping me out as much as possible. I have to finish my MA first though ARGH!!

I know how that feels! Being freelance is hard. Ack. You'll go through really busy periods when all is fine, then suddenly you have no work and everything is miserable. Eep, that sounds tough, how long to go?

Good for you to have a beautiful manicure to lift your spirits. I know what you mean about going through "no work" and then you will have "lots of work". Best wishes with MA!

My MA is in education - I've done about half and its taken about a year so prob another year to go. I mean to use the summer holidays to try to get ahead of myself this year (which I didn't do last year!!) because I'd like to apply for a PhD to start in 2013.

haha don't think I have much use for it....but its kinda like an itch I need to scratch (better than pulling my hair!!) day 76 - just made it here after a near meltdown and crackup at day 74 - didn't expect that!

I know what you mean! There are some things in life I just HAVE to do. Oh about the meltdown and crack up, I feel like my emotions are all over the place at the moment, eep!

Getting my masters used to be a really important goal of mine, but now I'm starting to rethink it since I've been so wrapped in family life and little ones. I'll have to see if I still have the energy and desire when I have a bit more time. That's awesome that you're halfway through.

Excellent job on your pf. You'll be at three months soon. Jeeeeez!!

    I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...
