  I'm going through a very bad head cold right now and it's taking everything in me to stop myself from overthinking in this state. not to mention stopping myself from over reacting because I don't have a clear head. No real solutions here. just stressed and sick.

  we had a spiff a little bit ago because I found out he was still talking to both of his exes.... I'm not that kind of girl maybe other women are okay with it. But I'm not. I think, especially after 6 months, you should let them go and move on with your current relationship. He should do that out of respect for me and she should stop talking to him out of respect for the both of us... he said he would stop but he hasn't. I've looked at his messages.He hasn't said anything regarding dating them...

  when I get high anxiety and on the verge of an attack. I'll close my eyes to try and relax. I always seem to see bright flashes at this point. Almost like lightning is lighting up the sky, on the other side of my closed eyelids.. it's really off putting because I can't sleep... is that weird? Maybe it is. Everyone has different symptoms

  Does anyone have suggestions to help me get on a better budget? I always just skimming by. My card was declined today. I don't get paid till next week. I've been pulling out of my savings just to get by for gas...

  I started to have an attack over my card gettting declined while out to lunch with my boyfriend. We were going dutch and I ordered first. His food came and he inquired as to where mine was so I told him I didn't order any. Feeling very warm with watery eyes I focused on my phone and couldn't even make eye contact. He offered to pay for me but I just couldn't get past the fact that I'm feeling like such a failure in life right now... He says I work too much and he doesn't want me to work more....
