  I can't stop self destructing.My ex-partner and I broke up, tride to rekindle, and failed. But now I feel like so much damage has been done I don't know how to reconcile things. I was so insecure, and so codependent - that even when I could not be with him, I had to know his every move. I had to constantly text/call him. It was a fire that burned inside of me to reach out to him. And even after he told me that I had to back off on contacting him.. I didn't listen. I snooped through his things...
