  First, some background. My husband is bipolar and takes medication for it. He also has PTSD from being sexually abused as a child and from his time in prison, the latter being why is hasn't worked im six years. He drinks lots of beer each day. If he could, he could drink a six-pack in a day easy, though I have seen him drink as much as eight.   I am all about eating and being healthy. What motivated me was nutrition education, but I don't know what it will take to motivate him.He is 5'9", weighs 325 pounds, and is 42 years old. He is one of those people who thinks that he knows what he is doing until it blows up in his face (which has happened many times), but I'd rather he make changes now before his heart or brains craps out.   My husband has been unemployed for 3 years because of his tier 1 offense from the late 90s. We unfortunately live in the Bible Belt so he's probably never going to work again. What are some things he can do to occupy his time so that he isn't just sitting at home waiting for me to get off of work?

  Hello all. I am new to the group , but I would love to get some advice on something  My husband was a registered sex offender when we met and got married. I had no I idea it would be this difficult for him to find work (or do many other things). He has not found work in the last 3 years and we have been living off of my check the whole time.   We love in NC and my husband is required to be on the registry for 10 years before petitioning the court that he be removed. That week be in 2022. Does anyone know of any circumstances where an RSO was removed from the registry early?
