  well I have had enough despair, losses, anxiety, worry and debt.  I haven't been on here for a long time.  But today I walked in to casino and self excluded myself.  if I keep going as I have been,  I'd  be dead or committed for the problems gambling has caused in my life. I have no gamblers anonymous around here. The one that was near evidently shut down. But I couldn't get there anyway cause it was at night and I work til 10pm.  But I am leaping out excluding myself hoping I can get...

  I am a failure at quiting gambling. I have absolutely no control of my brain . I'm a mess. I have banned myself but still go to casinos Everytime I have any money. I have been fooling myself and I know it. I can't find a gambling counselor here at all. The GA meetings close to me are in another state or 2+ hours away. I know I can't have money assessable to me but can't find anyone I trust to help. Every payday it's the same.. go lose whatever I get. Wow what a cycle.   My Mental health is...

  Was doing so well not going gambling. But blew it this weekend. After heart attack being off work 6weeks and struggling to get paperwork to go back to work. Got really frustrated and went to casinos and of course lost . Now to start all over. But if i can go as long as I did. I can do longer. I'm gonna beat this stupid addiction one way or the other.

  Well I have gone 25 days now without gambling. That's a record for me. Usually 2weeks was all I could do because payday was every 2 weeks. Lol.      But it sure is nice to go shopping for grandkids and spending lots of extra time with them now. I did have a heart attack on 24th but doing ok. I'm not stressing over losing money and seem more at peace than I have ever been.  I will not give up my success staying quit. I'm going to keep doing what I have to ,to be gamble free.  If I can do...

  Sitting on side of the road writing this. Well my last trip to casino just happened. I blamed my mom for wanting to go Friday and lost $460. Then went tonight chasing my losses. But all the time there I knew what I had to do. BANN MYSELF HERE TOO. Already banned at the other casino a few months back but kept coming here. Well had enough.   Well it's been since June 12th since I  have gambled.  I had a heart attack June 25th. Angioplasty done for 99% blockage.  Lucky to be alive. I think a lot of the damage to me was done by gambling. Chain smoking. Stressing out over losing paycheck after check. Going to casinos and being so angry and stressed. Stress that lasted for days.  I'm sooo glad I haven't been and can't go.  I gotta find peace in my life and settle myself down.
