heart

Well it's been since June 12th since I  have gambled.  I had a heart attack June 25th. Angioplasty done for 99% blockage.  Lucky to be alive. I think a lot of the damage to me was done by gambling. Chain smoking. Stressing out over losing paycheck after check. Going to casinos and being so angry and stressed. Stress that lasted for days.  I'm sooo glad I haven't been and can't go.  I gotta find peace in my life and settle myself down.
