After 14 years of marriage my husband told me he had been having an emotional affair for 4 years and that it had turned physical. She was the love of his life. He didn\'t care for me or the kids. She was everything. The separation happened fast after that. He has come to appreciate the kids, which is good. They have a better relationship than before - but that also means we talk most days. Just trying to build a new life on solid footing.
