Need recomendations on healing after divorce
I'm going through a very fcked-up divorce, it's exhausting. My husband had an affair on side, so I had to file for divorce and deal with everything by myself. When I realized that my husband was gone and it was now just me and my son, I felt not only terrified but alone. I need something that will help me to change my life and my emotional state. I'll be grateful for any advice given. How to pas breakup? How should I behave in front of him, he still gonna be the father of my child and he gonna give visits occasionally.

It's going to be rough in the beginning, but it will get better as time goes by. Do you work, go to school, have friends nearby, family? You need a support system. If you can talk to a therapist, psychiatrist, that would help you, too.
We are here for you, too!
Lean on your parents, or any other support systems you have in place right now. Maybe meet/say Hello, to some other mothers at your son's new school? Just for someone to chat with.
You're going to be okay!
You will see as time passes you will find new things to talk about and grow with.
Its a great time to embrace your new single life and be the woman you want to be.
