  I am suffering from the inability to cope with ordinary every day things.  From my housework to watching tv or reading a book.  I get palpatations, nervousness, at the moment my heart is palpatating and all I am doing is typing this.  I am so scared its silly, I just want to stay in bed and just get up for meals and coffee.  Not that that is going to happen.  At the moment I have my daughter who is disabled.  And Gareth my husband having falls, cant walk on sand, we are going away on...

  Today is my daughters 18th anniversary of her heart transplant.  I am never sure how I feel about it.  On one hand her live was saved she was 13  years old at the  time, on the other hand another person died to save her.  The weather is cloudy  and miserablle, tthere would have been a time when we would have gone away for a couple of days which would take the pressure off, as it is we are stuck in the house I feel quite sad in a way and pleased in another.  Gareth is older than his...

  Today I have spent in a panic state because Gareth wouldnt go today to find out what the CT Scan shows, when he rang the  receptionist told him  that it said Got to See Doctor.  Its like he is in denile that he has got a problem, and he is possibly bleeding internally, I have spent the day in an state of panic.  Its nearly bedtime thank goodness, we will have to put an alarm on as you have to phone at 8am to hopefully get an appointment.  He has a week to go to see if they can do his...

  Feeling Upset

  Today I feel upset, Gareth has just gone upstairs to finish the vacuming, and suddenly I feel upset.  Emma was late going to her day care centre.  Due to Gareth not being able to drive, as he has to leave his lenses out, for a procedure.  I am worried that it may not be successfu and he will be partially  blind.  I am having severe back pain while being active, all over my back and hips.   I am worried sick about Gareth my husband, tomorrow he is going for a CT Scan, to try and find out why he is anaemic, he looks ghastly, pale ill and tired, he also goes a light brown colour from time to time.  Its being done quickly on the cancer scheme, as he has had it before. His bloods came back showing that his kidney function has taken a dip as well as having anaemia.  Also from New Years Eve he cant wear his contact lenses as he is going to have a screening to see if they can remove...

  I am 63 years  old my  husband 71 I now have a stroong yearning for a man with some muscles to take me in his arms.   Last I kept waking up every couple of hours after a sad dream. I did it all night.  This mmorning I am stil nervouse i took some medicationfrom about 1.30 in the afternoon I wanted to go too bed for the day.  Its now 5.15pm and I am still in the same state.  My hands are starting to tingle like a panic attack.  I just want to feel calm, I dont,  some days I'm  better than today.  I've been out for a short walk to out local supermarket, did some ironing, had a read of a book I am trying...

  last few days I have been inconsiderable anxiety.  I had an appointment to see a doctor to do with a possible stroke.  But I couldnt go as Emma was ill with nausea and feeling generally unwell.  Cant say I wasnt annoyed about it I was, not that I let it syohow.   I now have to wait ffor another appointment to be sent to me.  I have no one that I can leave Emma with, able to look after her,  If I could drive I coulld have gone,but I dont, so I am stuck.  No close family, they live...

  In a few days that being Monday Emma and I are going on a trip  to her transplant clinic.  We have to be up at 5am to get a taxi to the train station which will be the first train of the morning.  It will be dark until about  7am. We then change trains at a bigger station to get  train to hthe hospital.  Emma then has her obs done, bloods taken, ekg, c gram, chest x ray, see the nurses and wait to see the consultant.  After all that we  have to wait at pharmacy for 6 months supply of...

  I've just com back from the optician and have been told I have a cataract in both eyes, but not advancced enough to operate, my right eye is now my dominant  eye.  In a bit of shock the last thing I was expecting!!
