A support worker who worked at my last place where I lived died. I found out today. He was from outside of town. He went to go back to work in his own city 3 months or so ago. I think he was in his 60s. I did not expect anything like this to happen to him. I don't know how he died. He used to make the worst jokes ever and laugh at them. He had lots of energy. He was there when Ruby died and was very supportive that day. I'm really sad I cannot stop thinking about Mal all day such sad news

A girl who lived on my street growing up has been harassing me again. I've had so much bother with this woman through the years. A few years ago she told police I threatened to kill her. Tumble dryer gate

A couple of workers at my old accommodation said I could use use the tumble dryer as they are not as miserable as the others. The problem is I don't know when they are working. I went down tonight and unfortunately they weren't. I asked the night shift woman whom I've known for years ( I expected her to say no anyway) and she refused. I lived in that place for years with good behaviour. I cannot believe how miserable some people are. Twenty minutes and it's not her own personal dryer or energy...

Another night with fear and anxiety. Over the past year I have no idea how I managed to do so well in athletics despite dealing with so much. I think with the injury everything came to the surface and I had a compete mental collapse. The move has been rigourous. Today I went to use the tumble dryer at a service station. Lately I have become obsessed with my demise. I feel like the end is coming. I have been having several panic attacks. I keep thinking I'm going to get cancer and die and Roxy will be left alone. I am scanning the body and worrying all the time. The thought of Roxy being alone terrifes me. I think I may have PTSD from when Ruby was knocked down on top of my CPTSD. The athletic streak is gone as I am now plagued with injuries. I have moved into a much bigger place in a new very big apartment....
