  I have been struggling with my anxiety lately. I have always felt unsafe and uncomfortable in my body, and with recent events, this has only worsened. I do not know how to feel connected with my body while also feeling safe when intrusive thoughts flood my brain. Does anyone have thoughts on how to help this?

  I have been stressed at work. I am always tired and stressed at work. I feel like I mess up all the time and that I am inexperienced. I don't know if it is because I don't like the work I'm doing or if it is because I'm just not good at it.

  Hi everyone, I have been struggling with stress over school and preparing for graduate school. I often feel very overwhelmed with all the work I have to do as I have six classes, and I am applying for graduate school at the same time. I am also stressed with applying for scholarships and balancing my relationships, work, and more. It has been difficult, and I am worried that I won't be able to get it all done.
