I can understand what you may feel. I too have my days at work where I feel the exact same way: messing up or forgetting certain policies, etc. I typically will ask my manager for extra material that may help me to learn about the tasks that I am struggling with to understand. Sometimes when we mess up on things it could be indicative of a lack of understanding. Sometimes it is just because we may be simply exhausted. Either way just know that it is completely OK to feel how you do. It seems like you have much more than just work that is making you tired and you cannot feel bad for your tiredness. Self care is so important and in this case some self isolation to think and recharge is a good thing. What are some interests or hobbies you can dedicate to yourself at least once or twice a week? I am a tea drinker so just sitting and having that moment before each day to stop and do me in that moment allows me to gather myself and intention for what is to come. I also found that jewel art was a good way for me to relax and wind down taking my mind off work and the stress that comes with it. Sometimes it is also ok to change a job if you simply are not feeling it and especially if it is affecting your mental health and personal life outside of work. Hope this helps.
