  Should I trust hers?

  Lately I've been seeing an ad on this site for hers/forhers, which offers medicine for depression. I'd like to know if anyone on this site is using hers and their experience. Should I trust them and/ or do their meds work? Also if anyone could share their experience that would be nice too.

  A common problem I have when angry is the urge to cause property or physical damage. I know hitting walls or throwing things doesn't work, but I still feel the urge to do it. I don't know why, but I feel like if I cause damage to property I feel like I'll win, but I don't know what I'm winning. Any help?

  Is anyone else with depression relate to being terrified of getting help? Like, you're tired of being in the hellscape you're in, but at the same time you've been in it for so long that you're used to it? Idk why but getting help makes me feel uncomfortable. Like, the thought of getting better is so impossible to me that it's frightening when it's offered to me. Idk, just a thought.
