  Having intrusive thoughts that I don't want to have and don't want in my head today. Having trouble with crying very easily today. Had an issue make me anxious this weekend and now my head is running in a way it shouldn't and I guess I just need support. God bless you

  In February 2022 I went on a work trip that I was incredibly excited about. The night I arrived I went to bed and woke up a few hours later with my heart pounding. In the blink of an eye my heart rate jumped to 150. I called 911 out of pure fear only to have them arrive and tell me my vitals were normal.   Recently, I developed some significant sinus tachycardia on a work trip that has increased in frequency ever since. My heart will randomly jump to 100-160bpm with little to no effort, but it is in normal rhythm and comes back down after a little bit. My doctors explained sinus tachycardia is a symptom, not a diagnosis. I've been going to every specialist I can get my hands on and so far no one has any answers as to what could be causing this.....except that it is possibly anxiety/panic attacks....
