10 More Seconds - During a panic attack, tell yourself you just have to make it 10 more seconds and then it'll be over. You may have to do this several times, but the point is to calm your mind by putting a time limit and distraction in place.
Breathing Fingers - trace each finger on your hand. breathe in as you trace upward on a finger, breathe out as you trace downward
Ride the wave - accept the attack and all the symptoms with it as a wave...it can only go so high and it's gotta come right back down. ride it until it comes back down
