I have terrible panic attacks but certainly not as often as you have been having them.
I can only imagine how devastating it must be for you to have to live like this.
I so hope that one of the therapists you reached out to will get back to you.
Do you have a pyschiatrist?
i pray you get some relief soon.
Sending strength and gentle hugs
I also suffer from panic attacks and have a constant feeling stress and pressure in my life. I have only recently gotten back into therapy (through my university) and my therapist told me that one way to deal with panic attacks is to just do the thing you're brain has convinced you to be afraid of. It's facing your fears head on. It doesn't matter how small or big of a step you make. So if you have a hard time leaving your house, start by walking out to the mailbox or just out your door one morning, bring a friend or family member if that helps. If you have anxiety towards other life stressors like talking to people, start by smiling or practicing looking in someone's eyes (briefly) when you walk past a stranger in the store, on the street, ect. Just take baby steps. You can also start by just envisioning yourself in those panic inducing situations and try to view it as a panic free situation.
I don't have experience with inpatient treatment, and if you don't think that's for you, then it's probably not for you. You know yourself best. There are other outlets. Keep trying to get into therapy.
Please keep pushing! This is already a step in the right direction, by just reaching out for answers!
I have several severe panic attacks a week but, not as much as you. They're completely terrifying as they just come out of the blue. The only difference is that mine are from PTSD...
I completely understand where you're coming from because I can't get a handle on mine either it's scary but hang in there... when you need to vent... do so as much as you need.
Sending gentle hugs and support
