  When I was a kid, I accidentally ran into a glass panel and broke it. I went to the hospital for stitches in an ambulance. Now, I have a difficult time getting motivated to go jogging due to this accident. I talk myself out of it. It's like an obsessive behaviour thinking....my traumatic memory.  I do have a few good athletic memories but when I am around my family, then I don't get too active.

  Weighing in...over.  I used to be a pretty good athlete. I could jog up to ten miles. Then, family life took over for twelve years. Now I make up excuses or I am afraid to start training again. My mood must be deteriorating because I have to stop and start every few minutes. Nevertheless, I signed up for a five mile run in June. I'm trying to be sociable and get off my couch.  Happy trails.
