Hi guys,
I’m reaching out for support I have to go back to the jaw doctor today. I have to go back because .... it’s such a long story but my jaw popped again & got all messed up a couple weeks because I had such a bad migraine that I was throwing up. I can’t really throw up because I can’t open my mouth very wide at all in general & in doing so forced it open more & messed everything up. So now I’m going back in to make sure my jaw is okay enough to wear this NIT device at night. I’m super stressed. I have other stuff going on & to be completely honest feel like shit. I have to travel there & im hurtin hurtin, & my necks &everythung else is messed up, I just hope I make it there & back. The way I’m feeling if it was any other appointment I’d reschedule. Today is one of those days that I wonder what it would be like to have family or whatever to help me get there.
I have this issue also since this guy knows a lot of the extent of my traumas
TW
ever since i saw it written down on paper after my first consultation- just seeing some of the words ... ‘extensive trauma to jaw due to sustained sexual & physical violence’ & other things ... I’m starting to breath really short ..... anyway. I just can’t get it out of my head.
This Dr. has been nice to me, but I don’t know... I have all these problems ... now I’m going back with more problems & between that & him knowing a lot of what happened in my past.... I just fear he’s going to be like ‘screw it, she’s just one of those’ I don’t even know give up on me. Who knows if there’s hope anyways. I am probably not at all articulating correctly what I’m trying to say.
Im super tired, not sleepy ... just super tired
off to go take a shower & wash my hair with one arm since I can’t lift the left one all the way up because the Labral tear & I’ve had that for so long... I apparently could get surgery for it but it’s apparently a long recovery that they said they didn’t know if I could do living alone & with my other problems.
I don’t even know what I’m really even tryin to say here. So I guess I better go be ridiculous enough to continue to ‘not give up’ I guess ... I don’t even know

Another day, another ouchie? My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Wonky on meds, whacked it.Now, as to fibro:A lot of reports are going around some parts of social media that fibro (and dang near anything else) are caused by post-Covid, post-flu, post-vaccinations, post-pick-something.1. Your risk of death or serious complications beyond "ow, that shot hurt!" are typically...

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

It felt so hopeless then. THe TMJ headache form the dentist visit brings it back.
It's so much harder than it seems when it's just words on a screen.
A thousand puma purrs and a puma shoulder to lean on. Healing to you. We're here. LEt it out. We're here.... (((((LilMissy))))))
So sorry for all of the heck you have been through. I hope your appointment goes well today. Any doctor with half a brain would not think you are ‘one of those’ as you say.
You are a dear person. And I’m so glad you come here to talk.
Throughout traveling there yesterday, I could see when you guys responded on my phone & it really did help me throughout the day.
The doctor & his nurse were both so nice to me. He checked everything out & talked to me about stuff. I brought the NIT device with me & he helped me & helped put it in & out. He said it looks lined up safe enough to start wearing it at night. Also he wants me to start trying to do these movement exercises with the device in my mouth as well in morning & at night. Basically I hold it in my mouth & try as much as I can, (slowly & not too far at all) to move it side to side a little & back and forward a little. He said he wants to start to get my jaw mobile & we want to start getting my mouth open, (I can only open it about as wide as a centimeter now when I try) And he wants to see me back in 4 weeks to see how we’re doing.
So the appointment went better than I thought & I am grateful for that
Gracias Big hugs <3
