  Any tips on how to boost self confidence? I'm already in therapy, doing affirmations multiple times a day (written and spoken), I have a good support network as well! Thanks :)

  I've been working hard on my codependency and I've made a lot of progress, but I still find myself struggling to challenge my negative thoughts and my fears about being unloveable. Does anyone have any advice/support to give?

  Today is my birthday and I feel pretty sad about it. I'm not sure if it's because I don't have anyone special in my life to celebrate it with, or because I'm entering my 30's. Either way I feel like disappearing to a place where birthdays are irrelevant and I don't have to pretend like I'm doing okay.I spent some time crying before and I took a nap which was really helpful, and I know I have lots of people in my life who love me.
