  I am literally dragging my feet about taking a trip today to visit my family 2000 miles away. My last trip home was in August and it was a disaster because everyone we visited got COVID. I had extreme anxiety by the time we returned home.I feel nauseous and tired and am dreadibg the flight. I feel like canceling this trip. I am afraid that being there will make me really anxious because of what happened last trip. My mom says she thinks it will be a healing trip for me as everyone is healthy...
