  hello folks...any advice on how to drive down the anxiety at night so I can sleep? I don't want to take pills. I admit to myself the relationship is over...I have grieved and am accepting of it now, but the sleeplessness continues. I think the anxiety is more about being alone, and not thinking I will find another loving and fulfilling relationship. Any advice to calm my mind and anxious thoughts would be greatly appreciated.Thank you

  I recently broke up with my gf of 5 months. Long story, but cutting to the chase, I regret breaking up and want her back in my life. There was no cheating, lieing, abuse, or incompatability....we just did not communicate well sometimes and that caused some misunderstandings. She now is rightfully upset that I pulled away. She has not committed one way or the other whether she wants to give us a second chance. I think she feels we have a lot going for us, but also may not like that I quit on us....
