  guess what?the urge is strong , and the realization that this urge will be with me forever, just in various degrees,... i really feel crappy about it, about me, about the life i want..I am trying so hard. and crying so hard.. because that's all i can do.. I can't cut, drink, smoke, call someone to have sex. I feel pathetic, stuck, hopeless.. like what is even the point? trying to journal. distract myself with reading.. it just keeps creeping up.. it's 12h45 am.

  When I'm anxious, I feel the jshgsdlfkjalf in my stomach and heart. I tend to puke. and jitter..But now, it's my first time feeling really really cold. I'm shivering and shaking. is this part of anxiety?

  "this too shall pass"all those reassuring things.. that aren't so reasurring..I am trying to accept. these feelings.these strong, hard feelings. I know they will pass. that time will make things less painful.but how.. I am having a hard time. I don't deserve to feel good..

  Hello,So I am truly feeling unwell again. I used to see someone last year and they gave me tools and such and I felt better. I felt like I could be better.A year has passed and I relapsed once. I'm trying to be strong. but I don't know how long I can take it. How do I know if I need to see someone again?
